NDIS & Disability Support in Launceston

Jasvelia provides personalised disability support across Launceston and Northern Tasmania for people aged 17–65. Our focus includes complex disability support, community nursing, high-intensity support, daily living assistance, community participation, transport, social work support and Supported Independent Living.

Complex Disability Support in Launceston

We support people with complex disability, autism, ADHD, behaviours of concern, higher day-to-day support needs and more challenging support environments. Our approach is practical, person-centred and built around the participant’s individual goals, risks and preferences.

Community Nursing & High-Intensity Support

Jasvelia is building nursing and high-intensity support capability for participants with complex health and clinical needs. Services are delivered by appropriately qualified professionals within their scope of practice and supported by participant-specific plans, risk assessments and clinical direction.

Daily Living, Community & Transport Support

We provide practical support with daily routines, personal activities, life skills, appointments, transport and community participation across Launceston and surrounding areas.

Social Work & Complex Participant Support

Our multidisciplinary approach includes social work expertise to assist with complex assessments, psychosocial needs, support planning and coordination with families and other professionals where appropriate.
